We want you to feel confident when ordering from Litt Beauty, lda. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
To be eligible:
- For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unused and unopened products.
- Items should be in their original packaging.
- You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To start a return, email us at hello@littsun.com with your order number.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you simple instructions for returning it.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@littsun.com with a photo.
We’ll replace it or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Personalized products
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, without giving a reason.
Items must still be:
- Unused and unopened
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval.
If approved:
- You’ll be refunded to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 10 business days for processing
